Energised Culture Change Creating High Performing Healthy Cultures
Culture is ‘the way things are around here’. To adapt culture – and embed and sustain an energised performance – requires skill, commitment and effort. This package unlocks and delivers sustainable change through a series of workshops focused on three areas: people, process and performance.
People: your team will be involved in co-creating new areas for focus, incorporating the wants and needs of managers and employees based around the four dimensions of human energy and resilience. This involves determining new behaviours and what is needed to sustain energised high performance. Sponsorship and the removal of barriers is also agreed.
Process: reviewing business processes, communication channels and ways of working to design and ‘tweak’ the way things get done. The aim? To maximise energy boosters and minimise energy drainers.
Performance: ‘you get what you measure’. We work with you to clarify how you can evolve or introduce measures to bring focus to employee energy, wellbeing and performance.

Energised to Thrive can adapt a tailored Pilates and Yoga service to fit exactly to your needs and bring movement and strategic recovery to your employees working day. We work with a number of Pilates and Yoga Instructors nationally. Classes can be held at your offices, locally, on a one-off basis or recurring.
